剧情介绍
本片是根据1983年播出的4集电视剧（近3小时）重新剪辑而成的电影版。《灰姑娘》的童话故事大家都知道，而本片所描写的故事发生在现代社会。它讲述了一个叛逆的皇家少年，抛弃贵族生活去追求音乐。在卖唱的过程中，他认识了一个美丽的平民姑娘，于是他们相爱了。但由于门第的悬殊，他们被迫分开，但爱情让他们终于走在了一起。这是个很美丽的爱情故事，故事里面有首歌就叫STAY，是男主人公为爱人谱写的优美的旋律……

义大利和法国合拍的浪漫爱情电视电影《辛迪——八十年代灰姑娘》博得很多人的喜爱，可是这部拍摄于上世纪八十年代初的电视剧在1983年播出后却反响平平，1987年原片由4集近3小时剪辑成100分钟搬上大银幕放映后，立刻受到世界各地影迷的欢迎，尤其是影片的原声音乐风靡全球。
