MV的开始，德瑞博士站在海边回忆起了过去的往事，包括他和埃米纳姆宝贵的年轻时期片段。之后他开始飙车，车子被掀翻，德瑞博士出了车祸，从此被送进医院，一直处于昏迷状态。数年之后，埃米纳姆来到他所在的医院，他愤怒的恳求昏迷状态的Dre快点醒来（寓意让Dre快点复出发行《Detox》），Eminem的绝望不仅能听到，还能通过他的眼睛看到。，在埃米纳姆之后不久，德瑞博士复甦了，他开始锻鍊，终于“复出”。
